Transcripts

How do I request a transcript?

CURRENT STUDENTS:

  1. Request a transcript in the counseling office.
  2. Request a transcript in the Assistant Principal's office.
  3. Email Mrs. Ingmire and request a transcript. ingmirel@bethel.k12.ok.us. Once the transcript has been printed, Mrs. Ingmire will email you to come pick up your copy. 
  4. If you need an official copy emailed to a college campus, please email Mrs. Ingmire the following information. Your Name and the admissions office email, then a digital copy will be sent. Please note, transcripts will only be emailed to a college admissions email address. They will not be sent to any individual email address.

GRADUATED STUDENTS:

  1. Come into the Bethel High School office and request a copy of your transcript. You will be required to show identification.
  2. If you need a transcript sent to an employer, college, technical center, or wish to have a digital copy, request one from Parchment. Link provided below. 
  3. An official transcript can be sent to a college admissions office by the school counselor. If you email Mrs. Ingmire your Name, DOB, Graduation Year, and the school's admissions email, then a digital copy can be sent. Please note, transcripts will only be emailed to a college admissions email address. They will not be sent to any individual.
